A brand new flagship restaurant for Grind Group located in Clerkenwell London.An addition to their portfolio, this project was not only a restaurant with complete kitchen but also over 2 floors.A new challenge for the Grind.
The unit had previously been a restaurant but extensive works were required to make the basement habitable and open up the space of the ground floor. The joinery was bespoke throughout the restaurant and featured timber panelling with brass inserts which were custom produced for the project. A complete new staircase was incorporated into the scheme to enable the power upgrade to be sited under the stairs and for the kitchen to also utilise some of the under stair space. Bespoke bench seating and marble bars were a main feature of the design.
